Electronics Design Engineer Graduate

Working closely with team members and supervisors, your role will include the design of, and implementation of, new microcontroller / SOC based products. You will be involved in the design, testing, and creation of new electronic circuits and PCBs.

You will be closely involved in the assembly, maintenance and calibration of existing product line up and will be expected to develop a good understanding of the existing products and how they work.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Competent in electronics / embedded systems design using KiCad or similar software.
• Competent in PCB layout design.
• Some level of experience in embedded systems programming. i.e. – C, C++, Arduino or similar
• Conversant with Microsoft Office software.
• Amiable personality able to build trust and relationships quickly with leader’s, peers and subordinates internally and externally, while maintaining a persuasive negotiating style to close sales.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written English Language skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.

Other Advantageous Skills/Qualifications:

• A self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude highly motivated to excel in the role.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise actions and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing own diary and working closely with colleagues and supervisors.

This is a new role is to strengthen the existing team and to underpin our aggressive growth strategy. The role is envisaged as office based with limited travel as required.
