The most powerful NVH Leakage Tester the company have ever produced, the Paton 1000 offers more than 1000 l/s of airflow to meet the requirements of manufacturers who carry out Open Vent Leakage Testing. It is named in recognition of Key Design Engineer, Colin Paton whose influence on our new product development is immeasurable and the whole team see it fitting to re-brand the extended 2018 line up in appreciation of the expertise he offers.

Now shipping, the PATON 1000 is designed to considerably reduce the time to validate the accuracy of build. Such savings help drive down potential bottlenecks in production sometimes associated with testing. The entirely new EC centrifugal fan is designed specifically for high pressure usage and the upgraded sensors lead to faster settling time and a superior control of static pressure.

A new Windows based software platform enables faster control of electronics and optimises accuracy of instrumentation. Observation of physical leakage is offered by two fully integrated accessory devices with a fully integrated Smoke Generator and a Heated Air Function offering visualisation via a thermal imager.

The modular aspect and new PATON 1000 platform offers NVH engineers the flexibility to quickly configure a system to their exact test requirements.
